”El Lolo” or ”El Iraquí”, is indicated as responsible for more than 50 homicides in Ciudad Juárez
José Dolores Villegas Soto, better known as ”El Lolo” or ”El Iraquí”, identified as the leader of the criminal group of ”Los Aztecas”, was arrested last night in Torreón, Coahuila, is indicated as the probable responsible for more of 50 homicides at the border.
